ProdIQ is operated by MZE IQ LLC. These terms govern use of the ProdIQ service.
Software for scheduling and managing crew, sold to businesses. A business that subscribes is a “customer”. People that customer adds to their crew are “crew members”.
A customer is responsible for who they give access to and for what those people do with it. Crew members sign in with a one-time link sent to their email address, and must not share it.
Do not use ProdIQ to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, or to attempt to reach another customer’s data.
Text messages are sent by ProdIQ only to crew members who consented inside the application, and only about their own work. A customer may not use ProdIQ’s messaging to send marketing. Our SMS policy governs these messages, and STOP works at all times.
Data a customer puts into ProdIQ stays theirs. Our Privacy Policy describes what is held and how.
Fees, billing period and any usage charges are as agreed with the customer.
A customer may stop using ProdIQ at any time and may export their data before they do. We may suspend an account that breaches section 3.
We will update the effective date above when these terms change, and tell customers about material changes.
