ProdIQ is workforce scheduling software made by MZE IQ LLC. Event production and AV rental companies use it to staff their events. When one of those companies schedules you through ProdIQ, ProdIQ texts you about your own work. Your employer is named in each message so you know which job it refers to; the message comes from ProdIQ.
Only people whose employer uses ProdIQ, who have been added to that employer’s roster by an authorized administrator, and who have then given their own consent inside the application. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not done all three.
An administrator at the business adds a staff member and their mobile number. The staff member signs in to ProdIQ and is shown a consent notice that names their employer, displays the number on file, and carries the terms below. The checkbox is unchecked by default and a “Not now” option is equally available. Consent is for text messages only — it is not consent to email or phone calls, and it is given separately from any other agreement. Declining does not restrict anything else the staff member can do in ProdIQ.
Shift offers, schedule changes, assignment confirmations, and time-sensitive operational notices
about your own work. Each message links to the relevant screen in ProdIQ, always on an
mzeiq.com or prodiq.org address. We do not send marketing or
promotional text messages.
Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply Help for help.
Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages. Opting out is permanent until you choose otherwise: agreeing again inside the application does not restart messages. Only replying START does.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties.
We use a licensed messaging carrier to deliver messages. They act on our instructions and may not use your number for their own purposes.
